I am a 30 years old male. I regularly have low blood pressure (102/65). Although it does not affect my daily routine (I do a desk based job with very less exercise), however I recently almost fainted in a public place. This happened when one day after lunch I strained myself a little physically. I ran for about 15 minutes which included climbing stairs. The same has happened at several occasions in past too. I usually feel lightheaded if I strain myself, especially after having food. At my age is such a condition expected? I do understand that I need to change my sedentary lifestyle. But are there more aspects that I should consider? Appreciate your guidance. Thanks.
