Hypopigmented raised up scars -blade cut

Hey there! I have some scars on my hand of blade cuts and they are visible enough. I’ve consulted to a plastic surgeon but they advised me not to undergo any operation as these scars can’t be treated. These are white hypopigmented scars that are a bit raised up. Kindly suggest me a way to get rid of these scars. If some ointment can get me help please do let me know. Best regards.
