Hypoglycaemia not sure yet!!
I am experiencing symptoms like all day fatigue,headaches,confusion,dizziness,blurred vision sometimes,dreamy vision,excessive sleepiness whole day,weakness all day long,
Fainting,fast heartbeats,shakiness,mental confusion
Since past 6-7 months
Not sure what is the cause
