Hyperventilation in pregnancy
I have hyperventilation all the time. Day and night. This has hampered my sleep and I am light headed a huge part of the day. I am in my 5th month of pregnancy. Please can you let me know which medicines are safe for the same.

Dear mam, most of the psychotropics are contraindicated during pregnancy. Pls consult a psychiatrist first.
