Hypertension with Palpitation/Normal ECG
I'm 25 years old female my height is 5"3 and weight is 102, im obese and suffering from palpitations and high blood pressure, my ecg and eco are normal, my BP in the evenings is around 170/110 and in mornings its 130/90, i have tingling feeling in my head and back and hands also dizziness and nausea when i have high bp.
I was on concor AM 5 then doctor changed it to Metxl 50 before a week, even after taking metxl50 in the morning my bp is high in the evenings. please advice...

Still medications has to increased, titrated, consult cardiologist to control BP further
