Hypertension & palpitations

Asked for Male, 25 Years

I'm 25 year old & was taking metoporolol & telma 20 for 30 days for my heart palpitations & high bp now I do not have palpitations & & my bp stays 130/67- 136/80.Is it ok to leave the medicine & start doing exercise to control bp. Also I have a normal ecg & echo
