Hypertension
My brother has increased blood pressure since he was 17 years old.his blood pressure is 150/100 and he seems apparently healthy and is perfectly fine while playing msports.he complaints of headache 2-3 times a week.what can be the cause of hypertension at such a young age

Hypertension in Young needs to be evaluated to rule out secondary causes such as kidney related issues, thyroid, endocrinal causes,  Arteritis etc so on and so forth. But nowadays even in Young Essential hypertension (without any obvious cause) is being seen. He will need proper thorough evaluation for his hypertension to rule out secondary causes
