After going through the details I may label you as Stage 1 hypertension with prediabetes. Both require vigorous life style changes. If you are overweight it’s helpful to loose weight for both. Putting on medicines could wait for a few months and review of readings. Checking for Echo and 24 hours ambulatory BP would help me to decide regarding starting you on drugs. Nevertheless a good surveillance and proper lifestyle changes are required. Drug prescription for sugars and BP is always not static. It can change over follow up
Next Steps
Review with the above
Health Tips
Continuing surveillance
