Asked for Female, 33 Years

I am having Nicardia 20mg for hypertension. The morning heart rate lies between 55 -65. After having Nicardia it rises to 100- 120 while resting . After 3.5 hours it returns to normal heart rate 70-85. Will I have to change this medicine? We are planning for pregnancy too.

Its normal for nicardia to have reflex tachycardia. Nothing to worry. If yoy are planning for pregnancy then nicardia is safe no need to change
