Dad went through angioplasty following heart attack a year back and has been on regular medications like brillianta, statin, dytor, angistat, nicorun and remister-10 twice a day. However currently his pressure ( diastolic) is quite high. Typical it is averaging at 140/95 under pressure medication and is also feeling breathlessness sometimes. Can doctor please advice how to take the pressure to normalcy.

Hello.. Well at present he is already on medications to control his pressures..all you need to do is regular monitoring of blood pressure and follow up with your cardiologist... About the breathlessness it's probably because of anaemia or the cardiac issue per se...its better once to visit the cardiologist... Thank you
