Hypertension
BP 138/78 i am 52 years old and i was taking tablets for hypertension. But recently my pressure went down due to dengue fever. I went for treatment and now i am cured. I had stopped taking pills for Hypertension when i got fever. Now my bp is as indicated above. Is it fine?Please consult me

Generally it is suggested to stop medicine of hypertension in consultation with the physician. Monitor your BP regular for 8 days. Then visit a physician with the readings. He will guide you properly. Don't stop medicine on your own. If BP shuts  up it may lead to stroke.
