Yes you can take.
Ashwagandha has not been found to raise BP. Indeed sometimes, it may even stabilises the BP control. But you need to still keep a track on your BP atleast 2 times /week.

Kindly monitor your Bp regularly.. if you are taking any medication for that then continue.. drink plenty of fluids..
Taking ayurvedic product is ok.. but consult a an ayurvedic doctor to know if any side effects is there for that..
