Hypertension after covid 19
After covid 19 my blood pressure is around 150/100 Also I am having a bad habit of searching symptoms in google. I went to cardiologist get ECG, 2D echo, and TMT done. All 3 test is negative expect high heart rate at hospital. I am afraid to have a hypertension in such a age. My blood pressure is different everytime. Systolic 130-160 Diastolic 85 - 97 * As a software engineer I am not physically active (2 out of 10),my water intake is also low and full day working on laptop from home

Modify your lifestyle. Exercise regularly,  Control weight, eat healthy and get an ABPM(Ambulatory BP monitoring) done to know if you really are hypertensive or not

Please be physically active, exercise atleast 30 mins a day ( walking, running, cycling) , eat healthy foods . Moreover stop thinking about your health. BP will become alright.
