Greetings. The following measures should be of help.
1. Do not apply over the counter creams and lotions without doctor's advise - these may cause harm and irritant rections
2. See a qualified dermatologist to assess your skin problem, get evaluated and then seek suitable treatment for the same
3. For the problem now - stop the cream you are using, let the irritation and redness settle. Glyolic acid creams in correct concentration and appropriate duration of application may help. Also vitamin B12 levels need to be checked.
