Hyperpigmentation
My skin is very dark all around my mouth,(whole area below nose). My skin color is fair and so this dark pigmentation make me look like an alien. I have this problem from more than 7 or 8 years. Last year i visited a dermatologist. She did chemical peeling 4 times. Creams and peeling did work and the pigmentation was gone but everytime its effect lasted for only 2 or 3 days and after that it was all same as before, dark and ugly. Then she did laser treatment too but the result was same. This uneven skin color on my face has made my life hell. I consulted one more doctor but the result was again temporary. I am in big trouble. Please tell me is there any permanent solution for my problem??

Unfortunately there is no so called single permanent treatment for pigmentation problems. If any identifiable cause is found like Vit B12 deficiency,Iron Deficiency,Atopy,Or Photocontact Pigmentation the treatment of the specific cause helps.
Next Steps
Use of sunscreens on regular basis and avoiding cosmetic overuse along with tyrosinase inhibitors creams at night might help.
Health Tips
Consult your dermatologist and follow treatment

Greetings.it is not about the type of treatment used to improve your pigmentation but first one needs to have a look and evaluate as to what is the cause of your pigmentation. I would suggest you to use a sunscreen daily in the morning. this would prevent further hyper pigmentation . kindly see a qualified Dermatologist for further evaluation and treatment .hope this helps.
