My friend is suffering from hyperpigmentation on face , neck , back & stomach she also suffering from dry skin , stretch marks and eye allergy.
Please help what should be done.

Hyperpigmentation over these regions could be indicative of a certain dermatological disorder and it is slowly progressive. It may be associated with itching. Kindly see a Dermatologist who will guide you through the diagnosis and make a treatment plan
