Hyperpigmentation. The pricing is fair!

Hi doctor, i am surffering from hyperpigmentation patch on my chicks since last 8 years and taking treatement . Howvere during course of treatememnt it get light but re appear after some time and evident espeially in summer.i took treatment from skin clinic like vlcc nd they peroorment face prps along ratonaol peels.Post 2 prps nd 2 peel seession resukts r not coming.Now they are sugfesting to take gluthethone sessions...I am not sure if should i take or not..my 1 prp nd 1 pell is pending as of now.To add they also given me retinol and kajotin creams to apply on face during night time. Please help as these treatement r v expensive, for prp they r charging me 6k for 1 peel session 6 k as they said its international pell ratinol and for glutha thwy r asking 10k per session, so yiur advice is indeeded.Also please tell me if the pricing is fair
