Got some dark patches on face and forehead, it has been there for quite some time now. I've tried few OTT creams with Kojic acid but that doesn't seem to help.

Provide with photos of the same. It could be melasma , acanthosis nigricans or any other hyperpigmentation disorder. Is there any pigmentation at the sides of neck, armpit and groin too ?
