Hyperpigmentation around lips and chin
Currently there is so much talk about actives such as retinol, kojic acid, azelaic acid, vitamin c ,etc, and all of them are being marketed to target two major problems - acne and hyperpigmentation. I dont have acne prone skin but need to know what should i actually include in my skin care to get rid of the hyperpigmentation. I dont suffer from any other major skin issue other than open pores around nose though i have never had acne troubles because of it. I just need to even out my skin tone because the area around my lips stands out from the rest of the face too much.
