Asked for Female, 66 Years

My mother is 66 years old and suffering from hyperparathyroidism. Her PTH count is 2974 due to which creatinine level reached to 5.5 and serum calcium reached to 20 but after hemodialysis calcium controlled to 12 and creatinine level also move down to 3.75. But after few days again creatinine and calcium level elevated. Doctor suggest us to remove parathyroid gland and also told us about the risk and complexity.Left side parathyroid gland to be removed which now 5 cm long. Need your advice.
