I am hyperactive person taking allopatherhic medicines prescribed by phychatirist methly phenidate HCl but for temporary relief and for focusing and sleeping I take homeopathic Bach flower rescue remedy without any consultation that contains brandy mother tinture so please suggest is it safe to take both remedies simultaneously.and if yes then tell me the process to take rescue remedy. I take 2 drops direct three times a day.
