Hyperactive child no speaking

Asked for Male, 3 Years

My son is 3&1/2 still he is not speaking like normal children's do..and he is always interested in destroying things..He is not concentrating on anything what we say..only if he do concentrate we can atleast make him talk..but no concentation..he is in an imaginary world..suggest me please what can I do for this
