Hyper Throiditis
Is it possible to cure Hyper Thyroid issues using Ayurvedic medicines only, currently using Carbimazole and Betacap medicines for last 3 months and have observed drastic improvement in health in terms of no more fever and sickness.

Yes, u can cure hyper or hypothyroidism using ayurvedic Panchakarma and medicines. First of all, again check your thyroid values. As after some days, the anti thyroid drugs like carbimazole decreases thyroid hormones to the extent so the patient develop hypothyroidism and there will be need to take thyroid hormones to correct it. To avoid this overcorrection, go for ayurvedic treatment i e  Panchakarma  and medicines. If ur thyroid values are normal, u don't have need to take any of the above medicine.
