Hyper problem
My self Anita 2015 the got married last 7-8 years I m facing problem I get very hyper on very small small things...I get anger ..while I'm anger my heart beat is fast and my mood very upset just think to heart my self  but while I m think about my family and husband i not do anything don't know what happen with me .. before 2012 I was not like that I was very calm  girl and very ambitious girl now don't know want to do something but I don't know what will stop my even I don't have confidence to do anything  ...Plz help me because of this behaviour my married life going to spoil and I don't want this..I love soo much with my husband and my family.. please give me some suggestions..thanks
