Hyper homocysteine
I have DVT in my left leg and my homocysteine level is 60.2 so the reason for DVT is high-level homocysteine ??

Yes the cause of your DVT is hyper homocysteinemia. This causes blood to be hypercoagulable and causes blood clots in your veins and arteries, one of which is DVT. The cause of homocysteine rise in your case is probably B12 vitamin deficiency as reflected by your blood report showing raised MCV (101). Vitamin B deficiency may be due to vegetarian diet.
Next Steps
You need anticoagulation for at least 3-6 months in the form of tablets of either warfarin or rivaroxaban or dabigatran. Simultaneously you need to correct the homocysteine levels by taking vit. B12 and folic acid suppliments. If you are a non vegetarian then you can eat chicken n fish. Repeat homocysteine levels after 3 months.
Health Tips
Do not massage the affected leg as it might lead to dislodgement of the blood clot from your legs to your lungs causing Pulmonary Embolism which can be fatal.
