Hydroxyprogesterone Caproate Vs Duvadila
Hello Sir/ Madam,
My wife history of 4 RPL within 6/7 week. Now she is 22 week pregnant. As per doctor advice she took HCG 5000 injection 2 times weekly up to 14 week. then stop this. Then she moved another doctor who provided Hydroxyprogesterone Caproate 500 / weekly up to 22 week. Now doctor want to stop Hydroxyprogesterone Caproate and ask for start Duvadilan 10 mg 2 times daily. beside this she is taking Metformin, Duphaston, Aspirin & Lonopin.
She was a patient of severe PCOS.
My question is it wise to stop Hydroxyprogesterone Caproate injection?
Does Duvadilan works same as this?
#21 week anomaly scan resut is good with cervix length 3.8 cm. OS closed.
