My brother has hydroureteronephrosis &3 mm stone on right kidney. there was no change in stone after taking medicine ,he had a history of spinal tb. Pain comes at some times & urination please suggest a solution & a reason for medicine s ineffective Ness

Hydrouretronephrosis can be because of stone or genitourinary tuberculosis
Can be rule out with CT Urography and urine for gene xpert test
Cause for ineffective response may lack of proper diagnosis or treatment
