Hydroquinone topical
I have used a hydroquinone topical (2%) for approx. 3 weeks to treat a spot on my nose. After 3 weeks the spot almost fades away but side area of nose are irritating and it has been 5 days since i quit the use of HQ topical, the spot comes back with more drastic pigmentation as the whole nose and area around it id now turning darker... What is it??? Hope it is not exogenous onchronosis (EO).

This is limited information and tells nothing about your skin condition which can help in planning a treatment. A thorough history, clinical examination and appropriate laboratory tests will be needed to solve the mystery. Consider seeing a Dermatologist for proper diagnosis and treatment plan. It does not look like Oochronosis
Next Steps
Use a salicylic acid based face wash with 1% for oily skin.
Health Tips
Avoid self medications.
