Hydroquinone side effect
I have applied hydroquinone 1.4% to get id of acne scars, but the applied area has become red in color in 3-4 applications. Should I discontinue?

You are probably using more of the cream then you're supposed to; which is causing irritation of the skin and hence the redness. Please stop using the hydroquinone cream on your own and get it properly assessed by a qualified dermatologist. There are safer creams available to help with the pigmentation left back by resolving pimples. Or you can do an online consult with me by sending the pictures Hope this is helpful.
