Hydroquinone addiction

I am suffering from hydroquinone addiction. Whenever I try to stop using tHis cream I get very tiny little bums like tiny pimples all over my face , majorly around my eyes nose and around lips and forehead. My question is that can I apply kojic acid cream instead of hydroquinone to treat this addiction. Can I use kojic acid cream twice a week and will this also cause same type of pimples after stop using. Please reply soon.
