Hydrocele problem
Sir 4 years back my right hydrcele got bigger and i was having high fever. after taking doctors medicine fever was cured but my right hydrocile's size become small in compare to left hydrocele. i saw it to doctor but he said it was ok but still the problem is that it pains sometime when i touch it and size is aslo small. is there any solution to this problem,please help me i was once rejected in IAS medical exam. please do reply is there any treatment for this or it will remain same as it is now

you should check for ultrasonography of both scrotum. check for blood for VDRL, hiv-1+2. If no infection is found, than consult with surgeon for operation of Right hydrocele. remember one thing, there is no shortcut method for hydrocele. once someone suffers from hydrocele,than operation is the right choice at the earliest possible. The name of the operation is Eversion of Sac. It is a day care minor operation.
