Hydrocele or vericocele m confused?

Asked for Male, 28 Years

I am suffering from hydrocele from last 8 months in my left testicle swelling some time pus come from left testicle I took lots of antibiotic medicine but noting happens then from last 3 months homeopathy treatment but still my problem is not solve please help as soon as possible. Prescribe such medicine to cure asap. I don't want to go for surgery.

Hi Please get an ultrasound of the testicles and then see an urologist ASAP. If there is a source of pus then it needs to be removed otherwise no medicine will cure you
