So just to confirm from the experts about Bilateral Minimal Hydrocele. 1. Is surgery or medicine required for this. 2. Does it affect my fertility.

Testes is kept outside the body as it requires low temp for spermatogenesis .In hydrocele there is water around the testes and temperature becomes high due to water around it .
