I'm facing problem tht I'm nt able to see clearly heaviness in eyes is thr I hv to rub my eyes continuously and even during rubbing hv pain...hvng specs of .25 power for near vision

It seems you are having dry eyes. Don't rub your eyes instead do cold compreses. Use optive eye drops 4-6 times a day and consult doctor for assessment of your vision for distance and near.
