Husband wife both positive
Hello Dr,I and my husband are covid positive.My husband has quarantine himself but I cannot quarantine coz we have 6yr old baby .I have to look after him like food n all.its ok I can do my household work nad looking after my baby even though I'm positive.plz suggest I'm into big trouble.

Since you are in contact with baby get him / her tested as well...And consult a pediatrician for the kid ...Follow the medication guidelines as per norms and be in constant touch with a Doctor regarding improvement or worsening of patient condition...Mild symptoms will flow it's due course and symptoms will subside....Practice proper hand hygiene and if possible isolation..Stay safe

You have a unique situation but as a doctor I need to advise you as much isolation as possible. Please maintain masking at home and as much distance and hygiene as you can. It isnt as sure shot as complete isolation but will help to some degree. If you havent started your covid treatment yet, please do, it will help you come out of this faster.
