So I got this hurt which hurts a bit if it accidentally touches something or when I walk. Please suggest what to do.

Looks like a small dried scab.. Don't worry it ll get separated and fall on its own. U don't need any antibiotics unless it's infected. In case u notice ooze or pus, then use T. Bact ointment topically twice a day.
