Penile foreskin cracked and hurts
My penile foreskin is dry and cracked from last few days, hurts while trying to pull the foreskin up. Few days back there were red spots on the penile head and was itchy. I used dettol and warm water on it to get rid of it. But it was a temporary solution. Please help.

You are suffering from candidial balanoposthitis which is fungal infection of the foreskin and glans penis. It present as itching, red spots on glans, swelling and cracks on foreskin and inability to retract it.
