Hurt on the temple
Hi so i got hurt 4days back on the temple that is on the left side abv ear. My sister put pressure on my head. Ive been suggested loyfenac tab. And it s just inflammation. Today I had a talk wid a doc on practo he suggested to apply cold compress on left side. But now Im getting pain on the right side just behind my ear. Is it ok? Like is it spreading? And I didnt drink water since morning I drnak only 2glasses that too small. Just now I went to washroom didnt go since morning usually i drink less water. I saw yellowish urine. Dark yellowish. I got scared. It looked concentrated bcz of the color. Is it normal? Both sides below the hair line its hurting. And when i open my jaw left side I hear clicking sound. Right side only behind my head I have pain.

ok it ws me who suggested u  cold compress thrice a day..i cn understand ur anxiety bt u need to knw any inflammation once started it has its own time to peak and den it gets down..since dere is lil space around scalp a lil swelling cause equal pressure distribution throughout and depending on strech we feel pain. so its ok..keep on taking cold compress ovr swelled area. it vl sure help. it ds take time to heal.
