1) Concor at your age would not be a very good choice. It is known to cause erectile dysfunction as an adverse effect, so please avoid 2) Olmesartan is a good drug, continue same 3) You can add a diuretic like Indapamide 1.5 mg once a day 4) Also Try aggressive lifestyle Modifications
