Asked for Male, 22 Years

Is there any conclusive test to to determine herpes genitals (hsv-2)? Blood test of hsv 2 igm is negative. Different doctors have different opinions rewarding my case. One is saying it's herpes other just the opposite. Just want to know about any test to be sure(any blood or anything else). It is dormant(not active now.)
