Hsg test using non ionic contrast
I have got Hsg done Procedure:uterine cavity is normal in size ,shape & wall outline. No filling defect seen. Billateral fallopian tubes are dialated distally,left more than right.Paretonial spill of contrast seen billaterally,slightly delayed on left . left tube has beaded appearance in x ray and my gyane adv me to start akurit4 even when tb test were negativetest- .(Mtuberclosis PCR and AFB smear) I could not able to handle the medicine & to stop the course. Pls adv i am 37 yrs of age

Hi good afternoon Thnxs for your question I think u should do D&C for endometrial biopsy and send it for endometrial tuberculosis testing. If possible. If ur Gynecologist suspect tuberculosis of reproductive organs than u should take complete course of AKT  medicine.
