HSG test result
I had HSG test done on 18-09-2020.The report says that my right fallopian tube is Normal and patent with rapid spillage of contrast into the peritoneum and my left fallopian tube is opacified with contrast,no peritoneal spillage seen.What does it mean? Can I conceive naturally?? Pls advise

The egg can be released from either of the ovaries.
So when ever the egg is released from the right ovary, u will have a chance to get pregnant.
Next Steps
Follicular scans with timed intercouse ( if follicle is growing on the right side ) , and if semen parameters are normal.
