However bilateral peritoneal spillage is present
Opinion- Chronic salpingitis with Bilateral patent fallopian tubes.mild arcurate uterus.

For Chronic salpingitis you can take full course of antibiotics .This is not the measure problem but you have to take treatment for long period.It is curable and result is also excellent.But once you should rule out the tuberculosis.
