HSG report
Hi, I'm 36 yrs and wife 32 yrs, we are married since 3 years and trying to conceive. Consulted few gync n visited IVF, they say other then below no issues but worried as my wife has pollen allergic issues and cannot consume any fruits or raw vegetables (undergoing SLIT therapy for this allergy, and better now)
HSG Report of my wife (32yrs) says :
There is filling into right F.Tube with some peritoneal spill, Left tube filled shows moderate dilatation with stasis of contrast medium. (There is no spill on left)
Note :
1. Normal uterus with patent right F.Tube
2. Left hydrosalpinx
my wife is over stressed and depressed due to this and worried about pregnancy, Please suggest kindly help
She took Dupshton for 6 months too... and done with follicular monitoring and tabs for that too..

In my opinion laparohysterscopy should be done to see the real patholody inside the abdomen. If a hydrosalphivx is found salphingectomy / clipping of both tubes should be done followed by ivf.
