Please explain this report attached of CT scan of chest. This was taken because of dry cough. N small blood stains in bulgum.

CT finding suggest active infection. The site of infection is more in favour of Pulmonary TB. However, other causes cannot be ruled out just on the basis of CT. Get sputum examination and if that doesn't help, you need a bronchoscopy. Feel free to ask, if you have any further question. Good luck !

HRCT thorax suggestive of consolidation with tree in bud appearance involving the left upper , middle and lower lobe, do a online consultation with a pulmonologist for further evaluation and management
