How yoga can help me

Asked for Female, 34 Years

I have 2 Caesarean child,13 yrs and 11 yrs, I have spondalysis also, from past 2 yrs almost affecting with herpis, my vagina is getting dry by day,due to lack of exercise nowadays my body doesn't have so much flexibility, plz help me, whether yoga can help me, can u suggest some yoga name and posture,
