How will I gain weight
Doctor I am 18 and I am unable to gain weight,and I look skinny too,so how will I gain weight??.. please help me My weight now is 63kg ..and height is 6 feet

Hi Have well balanced home based meals everyday, have regular eating habits, chew food well and properly, consume all variety seasonal fruits and vegetables, dark green leafy vegetables, have more of roots and tuber vegetables, moderate intake of carbs, proteins, legumes,sprouts, fermented foods, probiotic and prebiotic foods fats, Milk and milk products, and all variety nuts, seeds, dry fruits, red , green and Kerala variety bananas, almond banana milk shakes, smoothies, sandwiches, sweet potato kheer made of milk, home made sweet items, dry fruit laddoo home made, only home made foods, apart from diet should have healthy lifestyle too...like light intensity exercises daily, good sleep and rest,

please do consult doctor for any medical issues other than underweight and know the underlying cause for low weight incase of any family history or anything for that matter... if weight does not increase inspite of following all the necessary recommendations..mentioned ...then please visit doctor for advise on that . thankyou
