Thanks for the query. The condition described by you is photosensitivity and can be seen in many skin diseases. Consider usage of a broad spectrum Sunscreen to filter the harmful UV rays. Reluctance of usage of sunscreens is because they are greasy or make your face appear white which is undesirable. There are different types of sunscreens available and there is one for everyone, so find the one that will help you or take the help of a Dermatologist. Remember to mention if you have any hair loss, joint pains or oral ulcers to the dermatologist as it may indicate something serious. To know skin type , just google on you tube - there are plenty of videos.
Next Steps
A good skin care regimen comprises 4 steps - cleansing, toning, moisturizing and sunblock. Based on your skin type, a dermatologist will recommend you appropriate products.
Health Tips
There is not much difference in protection levels between SPF 30 and 50 , so you can consider usin g a lower SPF as it is more manageable.
