How to use Ovaa shield DS and susten v

Hi, I did not get my periods in the month of August, so i consulted gynec and she suggested to take Ova shield DS Combipack and Susten v to insert vaginally. As per the Ovashield DS Combi pack i should start taking it from the 3rd day of the cycle right. So should i take susten v and wait for my periods to come so that i can start ovaa shield or can i take both the tables together starting from today. Please suggest My subscription with doctor is over and just for answering this doubt now i have to pay again. So someone kindly help on this Thanks in advance.

Yes. You use Susten and then wait for periods, and start Ovaa Shield on 3rd day of the periods. Since you have already done a consultation I am assuming that doctor knows your history and I am just clarifying your doubts regarding the method of taking medicine.
