Wait for periods after susten vt 200

Question

Asked for Female, 27 Years

I did not get periods in the month of August. So doctor suggested to use susten vt 200 to be inserted vaginally for 7 days and use ova shield ds combi pack. I used susten for 7 days now. I haven't had any sexual intercourse in the past 4 months. How many days should i wait for getting my periods now? Also i should be starting ova shield only after getting periods right? I haven't started it yet. Kindly help
